John Crehan is “Team Hooymans UK” He lives a stone throw away from Manchester Utds Football stadium in the wonderful city of Salford, Manchester United Kingdom. Although John raced pigeons since 2003, he also raced with his father in the early 80’s and has always had a passion for our beloved feathered friends.
John has now been in cooperation with Jan Hooymans of the Netherlands since 2014 and every pigeon he owns is bred by the master racer/breeder from Kerkdriel. The Jan Hooyman pigeons are among the most exclusive pigeons in the entire world and many lofts throughout the world owe many of their best performances and achievements to the Hooymans pigeons.
John’s loft in the UK has seen an unbelievable increase in top performances since 2014 since introducing the Hooymans pigeons especially on the 400-800km races and are currently record holders of many top titles throughout the UK and Europe.
